Return & Refund Policy
At Matriark Coffee Co., we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality coffee with every order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on coffee or consumable items.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, we ask that you provide your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can continue improving our products and experience.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your request has been reviewed and approved.
Please note:
• We do not require items to be returned
• We do not accept returns on opened or unopened coffee products
• Refunds are limited to one per product per customer
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
All coffee, tea, and consumable goods are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. However, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we may not require the return of the product and will handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.
